Referencing the original, 19th-century Victorian villa on the site of what is now Wave Hill’s Glyndor House, RUMORS reimagines iconic furniture pieces and paneled wallpaper. Utilizing traditional techniques of textile pattern-making, cane weaving, natural dying and ceramic slab-building, the installation brings together handicrafts from generations past and present.
